So Josh is still in pain from his kidney stone and his surgery today didn't help. He's got 8 stitches in his head and he'll get them removed next week. The kids have not been taking it well.. they've been calling him Frankenstein. *sigh* But tomorrow morning he has a cat scan to see how his kidney stone is doing and if it is stuck like they think, he'll have to have surgery. :( Poor guy just can't catch a break.
We got another offer on the house.. but there is NO WAY we're accepting it. He offered us 217,400 and we are selling it for 282,000. Um no. We're going to counter but I'm sure it too will be denied. So whatever.. I'll just be stuck in the house I love even longer. I don't want to move.. but it's what is best for the family and for Josh's career, so I'll suck it up and go with the flow.
At least we had people looking at the house again.. two today. We haven't had that much business so maybe it's a good thing.
I got my Harry Potter watch today in the mail. It was the best thing that happened today. On one side it's the watch.. the other is Hogwarts. Ahhh.. it's great.
I still don't have my book back yet and I'm starting to wonder if I'll get it back this week. I hope I do.. because I want to re-read it. I've been reading the 1st book to the kids and they think it's great. They've never heard the story, they've only seen the movies. They think it's much better from the book. Smart kids. :)
It looks like we're finally going to get some much needed rain.. of course that means that people will be driving like idiots and Josh will be working lots of OT.
